Buddha-Belly on its way!

Alright well onto baby number TWO….WOOT!

About six weeks in, my first doctors appointment is on wednesday. I like my doctor a lot, he’s very good not to mention  listens to me and my wants really well…he got me very quickly when we first met. I don’t mind having him again but I REALLY wanted to have a midwife. BAD NEWS though I contacted the midwife that use to travel through out central alberta but because Alberta does not help cover a midwife it really unreasonable for them not to mention has gone up to 3500 dollars for one. Now that she is strictly Share Care team in Rocky there are no more midwives in central alberta, the closest ones are in Edmonton and Calgary and I don’t think there is a good chance they would be willing to travel this far. So I’m a little upset but oh well..that’s just how it goes I guess.

No morning sickness yet so I am crossing my fingers…I watch what I eat, how much I eat and how I feel afterwards so that I don’t get sick and so far I guess it is working! YAY! I am getting pretty tired pretty fast not to mention still working, I have cut it down to 4 days a week but have taken on Kitchen Manager at Boston Pizza promising them I would do hours at home to make up for the ones I am not doing at work so I can keep salary.

Looking around for a Day home…that’s tricky, there are waiting lists for any of them in Sylvan and there might be a chance that there is a lady 15 minutes out of Sylvan Lake that has a day home and takes kids with out a waiting list…again CROSSING my fingers.

So that is life so far…..
